  I went there to get a phone via progressive leasing, and i went to return it to the store 4 different times , and it was all different answers, and i went to another cricket store and told me tnay that yes i can return it , i called progressive leasing and customer care and they said i could but the manager sham , and the sales rep nicole , both refused to do a return and now im Stuck with a phone i cant pay , so im going to transfer my number to tmobile as cricket is being stupid and not letting me get my refund which is unacceptable, and the manager would not give me the district manager’s phone number so that I could fix the situation and handle it .

  Pésima atención de parte de las chicas que trabajan allí. Fuí dos veces allí a cambiarme de T-Mobile a Cricket y comprar un nuevo equipo y las dos veces las chicas me dijeron que ya habían cerrado y todavía no era su hora del cierre. Necesitan tener ÉTICA y saber atender al público, ya que ustedes se deben a sus clientes. CERO ESTRELLAS PARA USTEDES👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

  Truly love the customer service those girls truly know what they are doing and are patient with anything you need help with I would recommend to come .
