Cricket's policy is 7 days on returns or exchanges. I purchased a phone and a Bluetooth speaker and the Bluetooth speaker ever would charge. And I've explained this to the people, and I've only had it for 3 days. Along with my receipt and being being a new customer, you would think that they would treat me the way I should be treated. They seemed more interested in not getting my speaker than to help me all I wanted was an exchange, and they went out of their
way to make it not happen. I highly recommend that they go through some customer service, seminars and learn how to treat people better and not be so rude and make their own rules as they go. They told me that it was 3 days when, in fact it's 7 days and I explained it over and over they didn't want to hear it It's their discretion another unsatisfied customer i'm switching back to metro p.C.S where they know how to treat people that lady had an odor poor hygiene as well

Muy mala experiencia,Llegue a cancelar una línea,no estaba ocupada la persona, pero no me quiso ayudar,me dijo mejor que fuera a online y que ahí cancelara.
Went today and I could not believe that the pregnant lady needed my i.d. to pay my friends account, last time he came here they did not have that paper. So, I decided NOT to give this location ANY Money 💰! We have gone to other locations and they do not ask for i.ds. This reminds me of a couple locations of 📲 phones that had bad customer service. Where are they now?!?!?They closed down bc people realize that it is not worth going to a place with Catty people
