  Cluttered, stuff everywhere, unorganized and no one on the floor helping. Also I was in line and decided I wanted to exchange a jacket i had just purchased from another location for something I saw hanging behind the counter I advised the cashier I would be right back. I went outside and came right back in and she wanted me to hand her the bag coming back through the door before I went right back into the line. I went to hand her the bag and I thought she had grabbed it so I let go and it slipped through her hands and just fell right on the counter. Clearly not intentional. I went right around to the line and when I was next with her she told me to wait for the other cashier and she would help me instead. The other cashier asked her why she couldn't just help me and she said with an attitude that she didnt want to help me and would tell her when I left why. I guess she thought I dropped the bag on the counter mind you not on the floor but right on the counter she didn't have to bend or anything to get it on purpose anyway she refused to help me and took the next person behind me
