Extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service at this location. We visited on a Sunday hoping to browse new jewelry and have my wife's Bvlgari necklace cleaned — a simple service that takes only minutes. We were told by a staff member (Tim Y.) that cleaning is only offered on weekdays due to being "short on staff," yet he was visibly idle with nothing to do. This is simply unacceptable for a luxury brand. Competing houses like Cartier and Tiffany would never turn away a loyal client for a basic after-sales service over a staffing excuse on a weekend. If the ownership experience matters to you, look elsewhere — at least at this location, Bvlgari falls far short of what you'd expect from a fine jewelry brand.

I had never been to Bvlgari before despite being an avid jewelry lover. I had only ever seen vintage Bvlgari. I popped in to see some watches, and rings. My experience with Matt was the best experience I've ever had with a sales associate, he was so extremely and incredibly knowledgeable. He's the kind of sales associate who could sell water to a fish without making you feel weird, pressured, or uncomfortable. This is the type of experience that made me want to come back to purchase some things from Bvlgari that were not originally on my radar/things I never knew I wanted, there is something special about someone who is genuinely so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful that felt like speaking with an old friend who happens to work at Bvlgari and not someone who was trying to sell me something. I cannot recommend Matt enough.

**READ THE FINE PRINT** Do NOT make a purchase at Bvlgari unless you are absolutely certain you want the product forever. I found out the hard [expensive] way that Bvlgari has a no-refund policy. Nine days after my initial purchase, I went into the boutique with the item I wished to return. It was only then that I learned of the no-refund policy. This is appreciably different than the overwhelming majority of retailers in the United States; as such, it should be incumbent on Bvlgari to notify the customer of the difference BEFORE the purchase. Instead, at the very bottom of your receipt at the end of a series of other disclosures, you will find the words "No refunds". The salesperson or, in my case, team of salespeople will distract you with nary a mention of the no-refund policy while you casually sign the receipt. The irony is that the no-refund policy only applies in-store. Bvlgari online offers a 30-day return policy and will credit the original form of payment. Buyer beware! To add insult to injury, the sales associate, Meng, who sold the item to me INSISTED that she told me and my husband of Bvlgari's no-refund policy. This is an absolute lie! One of my cardinal rules is to not buy from a store with a no-refund policy. Not only does it feel slimy, but every hardworking person has the right to change their mind and spend their money as they deem fit. And don't even bother speaking to the manager, Shay, she will tow the corporate line. In the end, I walked out of the boutique with a store credit and a sour taste in my mouth. The idea that I am now forced to go back to the brand and buy anything else is nauseating. Bvlgari's no-refund policy sends the message, "Haha! We got you!" As soon as your credit card is swiped, the smiles cease, the charade is over, beat it. Shame on Bvlgari for its deceptive business practices!

I would be suspicious of ANY brand that does not accept returns, luxury or otherwise. You have to really think hard about a business that isn’t willing to stand behind its product. As long as you return the product in the same state as you purchased it, you should be able to return it. Shame on me for not catching the fine print. I’ll stick to VCA, Cartier or virtually any other luxury brand that does stand behind their products.
