  i felt uncomfortable when one of ur sales person treated me in a wrong way i buy every months more than 2k in clothes and shoes. is alright i will take my money somewhere else.

  One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I am a long-time Armani customer and spend thousands of dollars every month for myself and my family. I recently attempted to exchange a pair of shoes I purchased a couple of weeks ago. The shoes were reported as damaged, and I had the receipt. The manager refused the exchange. While I understand store policies, the situation was handled very poorly. No alternative solution was offered, and I was treated dismissively. I was so frustrated and disappointed by the lack of professionalism that I left the shoes at the store and walked out. As I was leaving, the staff was laughing, which made the experience feel even more disrespectful. This experience does not reflect the level of service expected from a luxury brand like Armani.
