  Order a part . It was not the same part . I even brought the original part . I wasn’t too upset until the manager Christina was very rude making it seem it was my mistake .

  Very bad experience, went to buy a few things for my small engine business . Just happened to get a call when I was in the middle of looking for parts . I stoped and received the phone call , while talking to the customer I guess I was fidgeting with the parts I had in my hand . What I thought was an employee came and was very rude basically saying I was stealing , mind you I’m on a phone call with a client . What really got to me is that I left , called to talk to the manager and come to find out she is the manger and failed to tell me while making the complaint that is was her that was accusing my husband of stealing . Very rude and unprofessional picking a phone up and receiving a complaint and not stating that you are the manager and the phone that was accusing you of stealing .
