  I always have a great experience at this store and Henry is always so helpful and provides a personal experience and very professional I recommend this store! I had a battery issue and he was very patient and very attentive to my needs, got the battery taken care of and I was on my way!

  i’ve called this place multiple times around 6, not just today but multiple times in the past, and i keep being put on hold for 20+ minutes or no picks up the phone. Today I wanted to price an alternator for my accord, nope no one was willing to pick up the phone which lead me to taking my business to autozone and getting my parts there. Do better.

  The manager Henry did an excellent job helping me replace a headlight bulb. A+++ service. He was also busy getting orders prepared and took the time to come out to my vehicle and help. He is the man.

  I have a commercial account, went to the counter, the guy just kept going about his business like I wasn't even there. He looked at me, so I know he saw me. Went to the front and overpaid for bulbs on my acct. Asked for the cheaper bulbs and was told I had to go to the commercial counter, where I went in the first place. I didn't have time to play their games, so I overpaid and left. I will never return to this store.
