  I came in with a battery issue and the worker there (a black man, around 50, sorry I didnt catch his name!) went above and beyond and thoroughly went through the issues with my 2009 Toyota Sienna. We were able to find that the alternator probably had problems since the battery was new, that the terminal connectors for the battery probably needed to be replaced, and that the radiator cap coupler was damaged that if it wasnt caught I would have a much bigger issue than just the battery or the alternator! I have always enjoyed going to Advance Auto Parts and every time I go I am very appreciative of their expertise, candor, and knowledge! Thank you guys!

  Muy lamentable mucho cuidado con el lugar no es de confiar yo confie mi vateria para una carga la cual al yegar me digeron que solo nesesitava carga y bien la puse a cargar al final de la carga que la vateria no sirve que ocupo una nueva pero eso no es lo malo no no lo malo esque lo ise tres veses en menos de una semana y lo mismo yegando que solo nesesita carga al ginal que ocupo una nueva por favor me danaron las tres vaterias con el fin que compre una nueva es incteible la maldad en las personas no confien en esta tienda no lo agan

  Great customer service had an issue with my 2019 Kia Sorrento came out took the time to help me for over 30 minutes instructing me on multiple things I need to buy that was over a month ago and I still have not had a problem Today I went in there looking An item I needed to help with my lawnmower. He immediately took me to the spot and showed me exactly what it was and explain it to me. I also walked out today without getting my keys. I personally went outside and gave me my keys as well. Very knowledgeable, very friendly, very well priced and very fair. Must ask for Timothy that is the man with the plan who helps me every time!!! 100% customer service hundred percent satisfaction 100% of the time I will be coming here.
