  I use Advanced Auto often but on my last few visits I was shopping for shocks, a battery, brakes, rotors, calipers and a brake booster but the parts they did have in stock were to expensive and the parts they were going to have to order were competitivly priced. I purchased the brake parts from napa and the battery from Walmart.

  "Terrible customer service – very unprofessional" I am beyond disappointed with the service I received at this location. I went in ready to spend my money on parts that I didn’t even strictly need right now, but wanted to have as backups. Even though there are a thousand other stores with better prices, I chose to come here, and I was treated with total contempt. The young woman who "helped" me acted like she didn't want to be there at all. She was incredibly lazy, dismissive, and made me feel like I was bothering her just by being a customer. It is honestly shocking to be treated this poorly when you are trying to give a business your money. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Save yourself the trouble and go to a place where they actually value their customers.
