  I dropped my oil cap in the engine bay, because I'm an idiot, while pouring Ceratec in. Didn't fall out on the ground and i looked for it for 20 min. Jaime came out and tried to help find it, then let me borrow a long metal magnet to push around while looking blind then he started looking for possible oil cap fits because they had just sold the last oil cap in stock that fit my car. Jaime dug around in the back and eventually found an oil cap from a different year and model of car that would fit. He really went above and beyond to help out, all while manning the store. I was late for a business lunch and was totally effed until Jaime saved the day. Great young man, appreciative of his help and think Advanced has an outstanding employee!!

  Great experience at Advanced. The store is clean, well-stocked, and easy to shop in. The staff was friendly, helpful, and provided solid customer service without any hassle. It may not be as “famous” as the nasty store just a block away, but it's a much better place to shop. I'll definitely be coming back. You’re welcome!
