  Motorcycle oil at Advance AutoPart ($14.29)cost more than Auto Zone($12.99)and they don't match price even with a receipt. Thats 10% more. Just saying, if you need a good cheaper price oil change. Good Luck, Jj

  This location is by far the best Advance Auto Part location that is in this area. I have come in here before and Justin and Mayrely have helped me get lightbulbs. This time I went in to have my battery checked and to get some wipers. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by everyone. I was initially helped by Aylin and told her my car was taking its time to start and we agreed we should test my battery. At that point another young lady named Rachel came by my side and said come on let’s go check your battery. After seeing it was a bad battery we went back inside and Aylin checked the prices for me. She explained my options but recommended an AGM battery because of how I drive my car and other factors so I decided to get that one. Then she explained about the protection kit and I never knew that corrosion can lead to early damage of a battery so I purchased that as well. As I was getting ready to pay, I remembered that I also needed wipers because it’s going to be raining next week so I told her that I needed wipers at that point Rachel said while you’re doing that I’ll get started on installing your battery Aylin found the wipers that I needed and told me that they would install them also. So I waited inside and I mean they had good music playing the vibe was there. You can tell they all work well together. The team was just steady at work and the store looks so good and organized. Chelley the store manager came over to talk to me and asked me how my day was going. We had a few laughs and honestly made the time I waited go so much faster. Rachel finished my battery installation and then Chelley went to put on my wiper blades. I walked out with her and while she was putting them on, she was explaining what she was doing in case I ever needed to do it myself, I could. Leaving a parts store where I didn’t feel talk down to, or I didn’t know anything makes me feel so good. I’ve gone to others down the street and it is not the same. I am not one to put reviews for companies, but this experience was definitely so good that I had to post something. I know that prices sometimes make us go other places, but the customer service that I received here will make sure that I always come back. Thank you to everyone at this Advance Auto Parts. You always make sure that I get the help that I need. This is and will always be the store I come to.

  Chelly is awesome! She was extremely helpful and informative and recommended upgrades without being pushy. This was my first time at this location but I will definitely and now it'll be the only one I come to. Thank you Chelly 😊
