  Arnulfo provided fast and efficient service with my battery. He was able to test, verify my warranty on my old battery, and replace it free of cost. I was in and out in no time. Great employee!

  i had purchased some ramps from this location & they kept slipping forward when trying to get the car on the ramps. i tried returning them and they denied the return claiming they are considered tools and are used. i explained how the car couldn’t get on the ramps and they kept slipping forward, but they denied the return. i went on their website and i seen the non refundable items, tools and ramps are not on that list. i contacted customer service and they said what their employees say goes. they asked if i could go AGAIN to the store and SEE if they can return them. it’s not guaranteed ill get a refund. i didn’t know customer service didn’t matter in advance. this is not acceptable. if the car stayed and the ramps slipped forward who would have been held accountable for the injuries ? i’ll never go back to this location or any advance for that matter.

  consaundria was very helpful! she helped me find a bolt that all of your stores claimed yall had but yall didnt! she took the time to call around and ask and called me back and made my day so much easier! now i can feel the cool air! thank you!

  Cosandreia has the best personality EVER!!! We talked about tats and motor oil! She treated me like family and I love that! Highly recommend her!
