  My car was dead with a check engine light and I really had no idea how to go about fixing it. Jamie one of the head employees was able to help me get what I needed to revive my car and get it running again. 3 days of store visits and calling and his dedication to my car allowed me to stay confident enough in my own abilities to repair spark plugs and change the oil myself.
