    Went to get a cold cut combo and the meat was dark gray and the darkest brown I have ever seen. I had originally asked for it toasted and when she did, you could smell that the meat was bad. The lady working there proceeded to tell me that I had to pay for the rotten sandwich when I told her I didn't want the rotten meat. The lady working there kept insisting the gray meat was good even though it had an order and was clearly spoiled. I again told her I did not want that sandwich because the meat was bad and she again told me that I WAS going to pay for it. I ended up just walking out of the store. No way was I going to pay to get food poisoning. Last time I ever go to this subway. If I could give 0 stars I would!!

    On Wednesday, May 13, at 6:35 pm, I placed an online order. I arrived to pick it up at 7:10 pm. and observed that my order was already prepared and packaged. When the staff member inquired whether I was there for pickup, I confirmed and provided my name. She asked for a moment and subsequently took an extended period with another customer, causing a wait until 7:22 pm before handing me my order. During this time, her demeanor was dismissive, and she appeared to mock my waiting. Although I am a regular customer at this establishment, this unprofessional service has led me to decide to place future orders at Fairfield Subway. The owner should be aware that the online service rating is likely suffering as a result. I will not be returning to this location.

    I did an online order and asked for extra everything even put in the notes to remind them and I got three little pickles two pieces of banana pepper and like NO LETTUCE I might as well have just ordered bread???????? They suck don’t go here.

    I been going to this subway for years it a hit or miss they never have the same employees when you ask for your sub toasted it comes out cold when you ask for more meat an pay for it they chip you on the meat just bad experience all around sometimes the subs are good other times they are terrible.

    Takes almost 10 minutes to get acknowledge. Out of tuna on tuna Tuesday? Like what’s the whole point of sub of the day if there is no tuna. This place is a hit or miss.
