    We ordered 12 pice in bone combo...6 cowboy lemon and 6 originl hot. That was not what we received. They said the 6 were right and the other 6 were spicy Korean. They were supposed to make the original hot. Again after remaking them, they were dtill not original hot. It turns out none of the 12 were actually correct, but we had been there too long. We ate 3 wings. They all tasted life someone had spilled a salt shaker on them. I tried to get a Coke from the machine and it needed to have the line switched, so settled on another drink. We were going to wash our hands after... my husband headed for the restroom and it was blocked off with a water puddle by it. I headed for the ladies room and there was no light when you turned the switch on. Wingstop is one of my faves, but this was the most disappointing time I have ever had there. On the one happy note, the fries were crispy and tasty. I filled up on those.

    Yazmin at the host stand was friendly and attentive, and she made the check-in process smooth right from the start. I stopped by Wingstop (store #2672 on FM 407) for a quick walk-in to-go order and had a really good experience overall. I ordered a 10-piece boneless with Hickory Smoked BBQ and Korean BBQ, and both flavors were solid. The Korean BBQ had a nice sweet and savory kick, while the Hickory Smoked BBQ was smoky and well-seasoned. My total was only $7.58 for 10 wings, which is a great deal. They also offer combos under $10, which makes it very affordable for a quick meal. Everything came out fresh and hot, and the order was prepared pretty quickly.I’ll definitely be back.

    My order was incorrect, that’s not a big deal. Things happen. I called to tell them my order was wrong. Eduardo answers the phone and tells me he apologizes. Asks if I want to remake the order or if I want store credit. I say store credit bc takes me an about 20 minutes to drive to the Wingstop and 20 back. 10 minutes later I get a phone call from Eligio. Terrible service. He says that I have to go back for a new order and that I must show him the incorrect order. He’s basically calling me a liar. Now I understand if it was a big order but it was a boneless meal for 2. And they messed up the wing type and wing sauce. But the guy wants to sit there and argue about it. As if this kind of thing doesn’t happen. I called back once more to find out his name for the review. He said he is Eligio the manager. I told him I would reach out to corporate and write a review. To which he replied “I don’t care.” This guy doesn’t know how to talk to people. He has no people skills. I suggest new management because if his cooks are messing up orders & his employees are promising credit then Eligio is obviously a poor manager. I suggest he do something he does “care about” The guys a clown. And the bathrooms are dirty. Poor management.

    Hola buenas noches gerente kisiera poner un completo xk mi hijo hiso una orden pero se ekiboko en lugar de pedir chiken wings pidió bonles entonces yo hablo para cambiar mi orden y la señorita mariana dice k esla manger me dijo no puedo tu orden est lista cuando mi pedido no tiene ni 15 minutos k lo hice ahora le dije te voy apagar cual es el problema y me dijo k no puedes entiend3 de mi parte kiero reportarla x mal servicio y desde ahoryta digo mis respetos par el manager Eligió de león discúlpame k mal trato dio esa tal mariana se supone el cliente lo k pida y me asen pensar k esas solo me las calentaron y kiero mi dinero par atrás yo no pago x comida recalentada no soy nueva en eso
