  I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The representative (woman) who assisted me promised that I would receive a free smartwatch with the purchase of an iPhone. However, I later discovered that the watch was actually financed and added to my account without my clear understanding. One major issue is that they do not provide a paper receipt for financed purchases, which made it difficult to verify the charges at the time of the transaction. I feel misled and believe customers should receive clear documentation and honest information about any charges before completing a purchase. I hope management addresses this issue to prevent other customers from experiencing the same problem.

  WHERE IS JOSEPH? I've called asking for my favorite salesperson, "JOSEPH," but he hasn't been at the store. I've wanted to send him new customers to ask for him. "JOSEPH" is the BEST. "JOSEPH" is a thoughtful, considerate, courteous, kind, helpful, resourceful, knowledgeable, "get things done" and very effective salesperson. No wonder he was the NUMBER ONE rep last month. He is aware of the customer's needs and tries his BEST for the customer and for CRICKET. He is surely an asset to THIS CRICKET store. PLEASE GET JOSEPH BACK TO THIS STORE. SURELY, SALES MUST BE VERY LOW RIGHT NOW.
