  I would like to commend Guillermo C. for his exceptional customer service. Stopped by at the Auto Zone in Hidalgo Texas to replace one my front lights after stopping by O'Reilly where the employee at O'Reilly couldn't go outside to check what color of light I needed [Yellow or white]: His response was Just get two bulbs so they can be the same color". This employee wanted me to spend twice as much; he also declined when I asked him if he could change the bulb. I left O'Reilly and down the road there is an Auto Zone, Guillermo was there and immediately asked me what I needed, Guillermo not only went outside and checked which color do I needed. When I asked him if he could change the light his response was "Let me check, if its not too difficult ". After checking carefully he changed the bulb. What a different in Customer Service. Excellent Excellent. He declined when I wanted to tip him. Thank you Guillermo.

  AutoZone has for the most part, always has what I need. If they don't have it on hand, they order it for it. If they don't, they recommend another store. They never give me a negative answer.
