  im here at the subway with my mom because i wanted to take her out to eat. as soon as i walk in the door the employee is on his phone eating a sandwich. when we got up to the bar part to order, he doesn’t say anything, doesn’t smile, he didn’t wash his hands when he started handling the food after just eating his food which is absolutely disgusting , he literally just put gloves on, and had food all over his face. as my mom is ordering her food i kid you not it takes him about 3 minutes to get the bread ready and cut. when she’s saying what she wants he is just taking his sweet ol’ time to put the meat, cheese and bacon on. then he finally gets to me and swear he took even longer to just put mine in the toaster. then as he is putting the condiments on he just squeezed the ranch making it overflow and by the time we go to sit down the sandwich was literally soggy. my mom had to go back up there and ask for a manager to remake her sandwich. as the manager is making the sandwich he squirted the ranch on the tray mins you where the sandwich is and grabs a knife to spread it across. absolutely a disgusting place and how many times we have came here we have never gotten an experience like this but rest assured we will never be coming back. the food,service and the overall experience was terrible.

  Store always has the worst mannered employees. No greeting, employees always in a bad mood. I love subway but damn yall make it hard to want to go

  When did online orders become people standing in your lobby waiting to order? The employee doesn’t even say give us a minute. I’m just supposed to wait and wait till both employees are done with all the online orders. People walked out waiting to order. Sandwich’s were thrown together after asking how much longer do we have to wait to order?!
