Really disappointing takeout experience at Subway. The sandwich quality was poor, ingredients looked rushed together, and the order wasn’t made correctly. What made it worse was the customer service from the sandwich artist, Jannette. She came across as uninterested and rude, and it felt like helping customers was an inconvenience. I understand places get busy, but basic courtesy and attention to the order go a long way. Definitely not the experience I expected, and I’ll think twice before coming back

Horrible customer service... read the room... if there is a lobby full of people including children, try to not cuss or downright talk about other customers at an octave that all can hear

We’ve been regular customers at this Subway location for years and usually pick up footlong sandwiches about once a week. Unfortunately, today ended that routine.
My husband was eating his sandwich around 3 PM today when he stopped and pulled a neon red/pink hair out of his mouth - and discovered it was still connected to the sandwich because the hair was so long.
Needless to say, our appetites disappeared faster than the sandwiches went into the trash. If you’re serving food, keep the hair out of it. Sadly, that didn’t happen here. We won’t be back.
