  Marlena went above and beyond by helping me package my item and getting it ready to be sent back to the manufacturer. She was very helpful and most of all customer oriented! She made my experience there worth the while and probably one of the best experiences I’ve ever had a UPS store, her colleague Cheryl also was very nice and friendly, would definitely recommend this location for its service and deliverance.

  I needed to get a document notarized, so I looked up the nearest UPS Store and arrived at 6:50 PM. They close at 7:00 PM, but I was told they stop providing notary services at 6:30 PM. Unfortunately, there was nothing on their website indicating that notary services end 30 minutes before the store closes, so this ended up being a wasted trip. If notary services have different hours than the store itself, that really should be clearly posted online. I’ll be going to FedEx or Postal Annex tomorrow instead.

  The staff at the store are always polite and courteous. They are friendly and always willing to explain things if a customer has a question.
