  I will not return to this location. I visited this location while needing to print documents from my flash drive. However, I was informed by three different staff members that they do not allow individuals to use their public computers to insert their flash drives. While the customer service may have been friendly, it is unacceptable for a public establishment to deny individuals access to their devices for legitimate purposes, such as printing documents. If you are unable to access a computer, I can email you the document. Please pull up the document on your device and send it to me via email. I will not return to this location again. I found FedEx Print to be a wonderful customer service provider so go there and not here.

  Just pulled up at 2:40 on a Saturday (store closes at 3) and employees had locked the door - I could see them inside. Poor customer service.

  Very friendly staff here, but there has been zero care with regard to my shipments. I just sent two boxes with fragile stickers all over, both destroyed. After going to FedEx for a while after previous damaged boxes with UPS, I decided to try again. Nope, done. Never again. You've harmed my business enough already.

  This location is the most helpful place I’ve ever dropped off a package, every staff member is always so kind and courteous and go out of their way to be helpful!!!

  Everything was great at this store. I usually do my amazon returns here. But I also added notary service, which was impeccable. Everyone is knowledgeable and courteous every time I go
