    If I could give below 1 star I would. This place is HORRIBLE. People that work the front do not care, act rude, act like they do not want to work. Secondly, the owners of this Subway REFUSE to let customers use Subway specials or discounts from the APP at this location, they simply say we do not honor discounts Subway advertise!

    Nasty lady with long dark hair. Tried to threaten me because I insisted that the meat and cheese be cut up so my wife who is handicapped could want it. I told her if she did not want to cut the meat up in my salad to go ahead and forget the salad. Then she said she would and accused me of being rude and yelling at her. I did not yell. I really was quite taken back by it. Reminded her that she was on video and she pulled it together. Why do I the customer have to tip toe when I don’t get what I asked for? Every Subway I’ve ever been to have no issue cutting up the meat and cheese in a salad. Worse part is that I found out that she is the manager. Shocking

    recently visited the location in Hawkins Tx last week. On my lunch break I ordered a salad I called the order in around 11 am , I go to lunch at noon. The lady on the phone informed me they were out of pizzas and have been out for months so I asked what salads they offered. She then told me any sandwich could be turned into a salad and as I was looking up the menu she stated “ maybe you should just order on the app”. She took my order asked what veggies I wanted on my salad and I said black olives and cucumbers. She verified that was all I wanted on my salad along with ranch dressing, cheese and ham. After picking my order up I noticed there was no lettuce with my salad. I had to leave work to go back over there. The lady who made my salad stated it was what I ordered. We went back and forth 3 times. She refused to remake my salad and refused to refund me my money. I had to go a whole shift without lunch due to her error. I then called the location asking for a manager the guy then told me she was the manager and was busy, when I asked for cooperate number he stated “ I'm pretty sure you can find that on google”. Even tried to contact cooperate several times by phone and email got nothing in response.

    Great staff and service! This restaurant is so clean and the subs were great! Everything was fresh. The two employees there were awesome!

    Always friendly and clean and welcoming even when it is busy. Always appreciate their sweet attitudes! Was here on Wednesday and so nice!
