This location has consistently demonstrated an unacceptable lack of customer service. We have ordered from here multiple times, and on several occasions our orders were messed up. What is even more concerning is the dismissive and rude attitude displayed whenever we called to address the issue.
On one occasion, we placed a delivery order through DoorDash, and when the order was incorrect, we were told to come pick it up ourselves. The manager stated that if DoorDash “screws something up,” it is not their responsibility and recommended we use the restaurant’s app instead.
We then ordered through the app another time, and they still messed up the order. Part of the order was forgotten in the warmer and never given to the delivery driver. When I called, the employee responded with attitude and said, “If you want it, then come pick it up.” We explained that we specifically paid for delivery, and if we intended to come in person, I would not have paid delivery fees. Rather than addressing the concern professionally, she placed me on hold and handed the phone to someone else.
The manager who came on the line already had a premeditated attitude from the start, which was surprising for someone in leadership. There was no apology whatsoever for the incomplete order. He simply asked what I wanted done about it. When I stated that my food was incomplete, he responded that he could refund the money. I made it clear that I did not want a refund, I wanted the food I paid for.
What stands out throughout this entire experience is that not a single person said, “I’m sorry we messed up your order.” That alone would have gone a long way. Instead, the interaction was filled with attitude from beginning to end. At the close of the call, I even asked whether the order was still warm, and the manager ignored the question entirely and disconnected the call.
A simple apology and basic professionalism would have changed the entire interaction. Instead, every individual involved, despite being tipped during purchase, demonstrated poor customer service and a complete lack of respect for customers when problems arise.
If you expect even a basic level of courtesy, accountability, or professionalism when something goes wrong with your order, I would strongly recommend avoiding this location.
