  The UPS store in Haslet Texas helped us tremendously with returning a large product. They told us what we needed it to make this happen and they also helped repack They made the process stress-free We were there August 8. Thank you so much Eric for your patience also.

  Always thought UPS had better service than this. The front counter employee was so caught up talking to a friend that they didn't even bother to check if customers were waiting.

  The notary service is a lie. I scheduled an appointment in advance and received a confirmation email for the appointment however when I showed up for the appointment I was told the notary decided not to show up today. They claimed they "probably" sent me an email canceling but weren't able to prove or confirm that and I certainly never received the email. I have no clue if they are good at anything else and never will because I'm never going back, there are too many competitors nearby that don't jack their customers around.

  Everyone has always been kind and helpful in this store. They greet everyone the same way. The line moves quickly. Every single associate has been helpful, down to earth, and nice even when the place is packed and it seems overwhelming.
