  The young Caucasian lady kept telling me without a tracking lable my package is pretty much guaranteed to get lost now i feel like it is i sent a phone in a box to spectrum idk if her plan is to steal it they didn't close it up in store while I was there I needed a usps lable and a box to send off my phone they changed me and my wife but she kept specifying that the will send it but it likely to get lost i feel very uncomfortable and I had no choice but to trust the shady employees the Caucasian male I believe his name was Sebastian placed ghe order and took me and my wifes $2000 in phones I phones 2 of them I'm scared my things just got stolen why would they keep saying that even if you can't track it I'm paying you your offering to take it and mail it i dont believe this is normal behavior they both where in chauotes or something he never closed my package and printed a paper lable not a sticker I just never seen him seal the lable or the box I hope this reaches someone I'm concerned I need those phones to reach spectrum or I'll be charged for them it's sad you can't trust the mail staff at ups store who can u trust with your mail.

  Why has a package sent to you. in 2 day air . stuck there. And now not moving. It's Monday. Wow guess I could have drove and got it quicker...

  The UPS store in Haslet Texas helped us tremendously with returning a large product. They told us what we needed it to make this happen and they also helped repack They made the process stress-free We were there August 8. Thank you so much Eric for your patience also.

  Always thought UPS had better service than this. The front counter employee was so caught up talking to a friend that they didn't even bother to check if customers were waiting.

  The notary service is a lie. I scheduled an appointment in advance and received a confirmation email for the appointment however when I showed up for the appointment I was told the notary decided not to show up today. They claimed they "probably" sent me an email canceling but weren't able to prove or confirm that and I certainly never received the email. I have no clue if they are good at anything else and never will because I'm never going back, there are too many competitors nearby that don't jack their customers around.
