    Ordered a footlong meatball pepperoni sub. I got TWO meatballs on the whole sandwich. What a joke. How do you let someone walk out with that without saying a word? Pathetic

    I ordered 2 sandwiches online while shopping at Walmart. I went to the Subway store inside Walmart Avondale Haslet Rd and went to a table as there were 2 people in line. While I was waiting the unhappy worker Gary called me on the phone because it was an online order and said they are out of meatballs(always out of meatballs btw) I told him I was sitting at the table and waved at him in a friendly manner, so I asked if I could change it to the Italian he gave me a hateful look like I was putting him out. When the people left I asked him since it's now an Italian sandwich can I add a few condiments like lettuce and a few others and he immediately said no. I asked him again because I didn't understand that. He said no. I asked if I add them is it an extra charge? He got rude and hateful and said I can't change an online order. I asked his name. When I did that he said "I'm not going to make your sandwich" I asked if there was a manager or regional office I could contact. Then a girl named Haley came out and said she was the manager. She was looking perplexed. I explained the situation and just wanted to add more condiments since it was Subway that was out of meatballs so the entire sandwich had to change. She kept looking at him for cues. I told her he said he will not add the condiments and he jumped in and said my district manager trained me and told me I cannot change online order even though he did by telling me they are out of meatballs. They were so rude and he was so hateful I walked out without my food I paid for so there's theft involved too. Avoid this restaurant at all costs. Subway only hires rude immature hateful employees because they can't get other workers. They allow this hateful behavior from them because they are understaffed. No consequences obviously to these rude kids they hire. With so many other sub shops today there is no reason to go to this or any Subway. Now we have Fire House,JImmy John's and Potbelly with better quality and friendly staff. I will never go to Subway again not any Subway due to this hateful immature kid. Gary is only qualified to work at a subway and I feel sorry for him. He has no business in any front facing customer service position. I feel sorry for Haley having to work with him.

    I didn’t even get the chance to get my food because the “woman” there very much seemed liked she didn’t want to be there and told me they currently didn’t have any meatballs for a meatball sub, but I could most definitely see that they had some. She had an attitude that I didn’t appreciate.

    food was great so good I live in Carrollton I’d definitely do the trip back here for Amanda such an upbeat funny loved their vibe and personality

    AMANDA WAS AMAZING she made my sandwich fresh and perfect and kept an amazing conversation while also taking care of other customers and keeping her area clean. she was an amazing professional and good up seller as well. Amanda genuinely deserves a raise and amazing hours i loved my experience here solely because of amanda. i will be back to see only amanda she deserves it all i can tell by her energy that she is willing and ready to work hard for u guys and will be the most amazing employee youd probably ever have at this location
