    I eat in multiple different subways because I work in Walmarts I’ve eaten here before and the service was great store clean ect.. with the employee change store went down hill ppl don’t acknowledge you went u walk in no greet no ill be right with you the guy is really slow took about 5 mins to make a simple sandwich.. this store has a HORRIBLE CLEANING SMELL makes my sandwich taste like chemicals that’s how strong it is I no longer can sit and eat inside because I taste the chemicals.. no one cares at this store will not be back rather deal with the deli food or hot cart

    AJ - you’re the best asset this store has on payroll! Thank you for the outstanding above and beyond customer service you gave and your attitude through the whole process was high level! Originally I put in my order and they said their toasters were down so they could not make the sandwiches we ordered and we just asked them to void our order and issue a refund. I went up to the store to get that refund processed and the young man in there named AJ made a not very fun and super frustrating experience turn into a funny light hearted fantastic service experience. He was such a problem solver and had such an amazing attitude despite all the BS he was having to deal with due to the store having equipment failure and their inventory being out of nearly everything. I ended up getting different sandwiches and didn’t even ask for the refund because he made my frustrating night laughable and fun! AJ needs a pay raise and a promotion! He is probably the best asset subway has at this location. I personally would not have had the amazing attitude he had while dealing with all the inconveniences the night had to offer him being the only one in the store to deal with it all! I will continue to order from this store just because of AJ!

    Leslie and Amanda were working today when I went in. Leslie made my sandwich for me. I have a condition called ARFID which for me causes a fear of food. This can make it really hard for me to eat out sometimes because I sometimes have to be particular to make sure my food is made in a way that I’m not afraid to eat it. While none of the bread or ingredients looked bad, Leslie was more than willing to accommodate me when I asked for a fresh bread and not one that was in the display rack. The lettuce container was almost empty and while the lettuce was still edible it was wilting and I didn’t even say anything about it she just kindly asked if I wanted fresh lettuce and when I responded with “I really don’t want to be a problem it’s fine you can use that” she insisted on getting a fresh batch of lettuce from the fridge. I didn’t see any sort of problem with the bell peppers, but I guess she did because she hopped over to the other side to get bell peppers from there without me even saying anything. Amanda questioned her about why she didn’t use the peppers in front of her, and there was another customer in line and I didn’t want the other customer to think there was something wrong with the food, so I explained to Amanda why Leslie was being so accommodating and she was just as kind and understanding as Leslie was. ARFID makes eating even at home difficult, and often times eating out at a restaurant whether it’s quick service or a sit down restaurant, feels almost impossible, and when I do go out I’m usually met with a lot of eye rolls when I ask for the certain things to be done with my food that I need because it’s the only way to get passed my mental block and eat the food. But today I had a craving for Subway and decided to take on what is usually a huge battle for me but I was met with kindness and understanding and I just wanted Leslie and Amanda to know that they helped me so much today. I told them I had a condition but I didn’t go into detail with them, but they have no idea how much their understanding helped me today.
