  I called in a order 8 piece boneless half hot lemon and half hot garlic and the cashier on the phone repeated exactly that I waited 30 minutes for my order to be wrong I got half lemon pepper and half garlic parm I am truly dissatisfied today do better wingstop !

  There’s a reason this place is a sub 4 star on Google. Bulk carry out order for a staff appreciation lunch. I totally understand that the order wasn’t ready when I scheduled my pickup. But… when I asked for a cup to get a glass of water while I waited the additional 15 minutes, I was told “no they don’t do that” Keep in mind, I’m already a paying customer getting lunch for 6-8 people. Then while watching the kitchen, one of the employees sneezed and just kept on working. No stopping to wash hands, just a laugh with another coworker.

  It’s outrageous to be put straight on hold for 20 minutes. Customers calling over the phone to place an order are just as important as the ones in store ordering. SMH DO BETTER.!!! Never liked the wingstop here in this area.

  Bad experience, we came to see a Champions League soccer game and feedback from manager is they doesn't have account to see the game, I am sorry! Bad experience 👎🏻
