  Honestly hands down the best wing stop, I came to visit out of town with my boyfriend and the lady in the front yesterday was so lovely and friendly! Shoutout to the cooks as well 10/10! Thank you for y’all’s service <3

  The worst place to order from. I placed an order at 6:54 pm, and it arrived at 7:15. According to the app, the order should have been ready by then. I arrived, and the cashier asked for my name, came back, and said they were working on my order. I waited 20 minutes, and again she told me they were working on my order. After waiting 45 min she tells me that they lost the ticket and that they will start to work on it. When I asked for a refund, they told me that they don't do refunds. I asked her Why did you tell me that they were working on it. She replied by saying that is what the Company wants us to say. After waiting another 30 min, they gave me the order, and it was wrong had to wait again 15 min to get the order right. Don't waste your time here; the staff is rude.

  This wing stop is dirty. The customer service is terrible. They lost my order and then got an attitude with me for their mess up. This happened on 9/27/20206. The front desk lady is rude and needs to be educated on customer and the manager is a self centered and refused to even talk to me. The food is also poorly handled. I watched as 4 people stood around talking instead of making orders.

  Get it together! Ur location is subpar, Everytime we go even an online order, it's at least a 45 minute wait with cold food

  I ordered to go like in AUGUST! and the cashier charged me for another to go order thay was a call in?? 40$. I paid for someone’s full order and still had to pay for my order. They kept telling me that I was going to get my refund the nexr 17 days I kept waiting and until after yet NOTHING. I just wanna know is it like that for everyone and all wingstop a do yall just not refund at all even when I keep asking and calling about it? Whats the actual issue???? Anyways food still good.
