  I was very disappointed with my experience today at this Subway location. I doordash and had an order to pick up. They dont confirm Doordash orders, its a rack with to go orders , meaning anyone can take it. I had two orders to pick up. The older lady was rude. She said no other order came in, that was it , asked if I was at the right location. After talking with the customer I confirmed we were at the right location. They then looked into it and said the order had been picked up. Meaning someone else picked up the order. How do they not comform orders are going to the right people? Everywhere else does. That was all maybe start confirming Doordash orders instead of questioning the location and then not apologizing for it afterwards.

  Horrible customer service!!!! I went last week with my mother and the manager on duty and her assistant (white girl with glasses) talked to us like we were the most disgusting people on earth. Very disrespectful and not friendly at all. I was able to get a hold of the global world headquarters but during the process of chatting with the bot I lost connection and wasn't able to finish the complaint. Do better subway!!!
