  The first lie was that they were unable find my house, but then they deliver a package 4-5 days later. Bad service they lied about the location of my package and customs ended up returning it to sender.

  The receipt printer is always broken. Well, that's what the same guy says all the time.

  If I could give them 0 stars I would!! They send you a message that a named driver is on his way and has left the Edinburgh facility on the way to you by 1pm to 5pm just to send another one a few hours later saying the delivery date has changed to the next day. This is everytime I get something delivered through then..I believe company's should stop using them all they do is lie to there custumers..we make plans to be there and then they do this do better Fedex
