  I went in today due to my mom broke her phone. It's the old school flip phone. There was a girl sitting in the front area on her cell phone which I thought was a customer until she walked around the counter. Saying because maybe I interrupted her on her phone, texting or whatever. Now she told me $113 and some change..I asked her if it went up because at the cricket on commerce last year I paid $85 at most. Mind you my mom service is with them and bill is paid up to date. She said idk; do you want it or not. Again I said it's for my mom and these phones aren't in high demand. She said again do you want it or not? Terrible customer service obviously an elderly lady as all elderly need a phone in the case of an emergency. The tone and attitude wasn't needed. My mom's been with cricket for over 10yrs. I hope the manager and or owner can have a talk with this girl about being respectful especially to a long time customer. And to be honest if you don't want the job; let others have the opportunity than.

  Great customer service. In and out in a timely manner. A lot of cell phones and cellular products to choose from.

  Me cambie de T-mobile a Cricket fue lo mejory ahora me estoy ahorando $300 con Cricket. Elias me ayudo entodo muy bien, me explico muy bien en los telefonos y cuanto iba a pagar con ellos. Recomiendo esta tienda al 100%.
