From the moment I walked in, he was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. He carefully wrapped and boxed everything to ensure it was protected and ready for shipping. What impressed me most was his attention to detail and the confidence he showed in his work. Dre took the time to make sure everything was done right, and his kindness and customer service were outstanding.   I really want to say Thank you to Steven he was so patient with me, I am knew to dropping off items back to Amazon though UPS, he was so very helpful and walked with me step by step it was a not just item it was a few, as he was helping me he made sure other customers were being taken care of I would definitely be coming back here if I need any more help from UPS please let him know he is doing a awesome Job.
