  I have used this location many times before however, on the last two visits I received assistance by the same associate, Rebeka. The packages I was shipping were both for family members and it was important that they were received quickly and safely. For the first transaction, Rebeka constructed a box to accommodate the special size that I needed and she handled both transactions with professionalism, friendliness and care. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I would like to say THANK YOU to STEVAN for going above and beyond for me on this past sat Aug 1, 2026. When I say awesome customer service, he made it happen by correcting my mess on my returns. He corrected the issue for me, retagged some bags, printed out my receipts and sent me on my marry way 😀 to enjoy the rest of my Sat. But every time I go to this UPS store, I receive good customer service with a smile not to mention when they are extra busy, which that’s the majority of time. Once again, thank you so much Stevan for doing an awesome job👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾keep up the good work.
