  We have been Allstate customers for the past 30 years and have all lines. Home, Auto and Motorcycle. Recently our agent retired and we were then assigned Gary's office as an agent. Normally we never to need to contact the office with issues or concerns, but we had to make a policy change and I like to speak to the agents office to be sure the changes I am requesting are done correctly. I contacted Gary office and answered me call, I then proceeded to tell him the changes I would like to make and asked about pricing with these changes. He went on to state that he DOES NOT get PAID for my policy since he wasn't the orgininal agent and he is overwhelmed with his own customers to have to service mine. This comment blew my mind !!! We are retired Army family of 24 years and 30 year clients to be advised to contact the 1800 for issues with my policy is CRAZY and UNPROFESSIONAL. He only wanted to talk me into changing my policies so he would get commission. NEVER would I ever contact or do business with him. I will be cancelling my policy after 30 years and going to contact someone that is willing to service my policy.

  David looked at our policies and worked with us and we saved around $1,000 a year in insurance! I highly recommend Gary Morse group.

  It was quick and easy to get renters insurance and every time I call for help my rep is willing to help provide the information requested right away.

  Prices are ridiculously high. We both have outstanding driving history. Husband is a professional truck driver with an impeccable driving record our car is 4 1/2 years old and barely has 30,000 miles on it and these rates are enormous. We're looking elsewhere to see what our options are
