  DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM HERE!! I ordered from the app and my husband picked it up. He said the worker here was very rude, she was training somone and was very short with the customers in front of him. Our kids don't like apple sauce so he asked if we can switch for chips or a cookie she rudely scoffed "I dont care" while walking away. This was also in front of my 8yo daughter. Our food order was also wrong and we all got sick from eating it. We will not be returning to this location.

  I got a hot honey sandwich around 9:30am in the morning. The lady making it didn't seem to know how to make it or the order that was before me, but I thought maybe she's new or still learning so no big deal. But as she's making the sandwich, she's leaning to get things and her chest almost gets in the food. We can't help our anatomy, generally, but I think she should just be more mindful of that. Then she didn't offer me my receipt as I'm just still standing there and she goes to do other things. Also, when I got home I immediately noticed how hard the bread was on the bottom. It would barely even break off and when it did, it would just crumble. It was very disappointing for a sandwich made so early in the day.

  It's really frustrating to order a sandwich online, then the "artist" makes it wrong, while I stand there and watch them make it wrong because they're so behind, somehow, at 4am, with no customers. When I confront the worker about the missing sauce, the worker assures me he put it on there, even though I watched him make the whole thing. So I ask for sauce on the side, rather than try to be rude I'll just have 'em put it in a cup so I can apply it myself later. He told me they're out of cups, despite the cups being clearly visible. I just took the dry sandwich and left. Dude clearly had it out for me. Still though, this place messes up a lot less than ALL the other Subways around here, and it's open 24 hours so that's neat.

  The young ladies behind the counter were very unprofessional and were talking about very inappropriate things. They made racist comments and talked about things that really shouldn’t be talked about in front of customers. It was very uncomfortable. Also using profanity in front of the customers.

  Larissa and the team there today were so kind and friendly. Food delicious as always.
