went in to pickup my food and the ?manager? (wearing a green shirt so i just assume she is. just an extra detail she was wearing these red glasses. arrived there around 9:06 PM) said something to us, honestly didn’t hear what she said but my boyfriend immediately in response told her we were here for pickup. i said “pick up for” and then my name, to which she ignored us and continued doing whatever she was doing, walked away, clocked out and left. the order was ready literally right behind her. i’d be happier if she slammed it on the counter handing it to me rather than blatantly ignoring us and pretending like we were not there. no idea how this woman got a managerial position cause that was so rude and highly disrespectful.

Placed a mobile order to pick up. Fountain drink was out and was told that it would be changed. After waiting for about 10 mins another gentleman asked what he could do and I told him I was waiting for the fountain drink to be changed out and had been told it would be. He asked the girl that had told be sure would changed it and she responded that she didn't know how so she just didn't. Joseph, the gentleman that helped me was very nice and helpful. However when I got home with the order I found it to be wrong. Wrong ingredients on sandwiches, wrong sizes, not toasted, thrown together and falling apart. I returned them to the store, where I was met by the 2 employees that had messed up the other and had me waiting around, and was asked if something was wrong. I related the issues and the response was "oh". Then as it appeared they were on their way out, they left. However Joseph was very helpful and kind and made new sandwiches for me and they were perfect. He did have to leave the counter to go to the back to retrieve ingredients at least 4 times as it was obvious none of them had been restocked before his shift. He was very place pleasant and professional the entire time though. I really appreciated the way that Joseph did his very best to correct the mistakes the other 2 employees had made.

They advertise a ft long sandwich for $6.99 but it has to be ordered online. Ok no problem I order online. I only ordered the sandwich, no drink no chips or anything other than a sandwich. Total comes to $13.74 which the app say discounts and promotions will be applied at checkout. Well it wasn’t and I called to ask them about it, but as expected It’s 3rd party and supposedly my mistake.

Ordered a spicy Italian, toasted, on Italian Herbs bread for pickup, got home and the sandwich was exactly white bread and pepperoni only. Called and spoke to Joseph who informed me I needed to bring it up there because he had to take a picture to send to the owners. I asked for the manager number or contact information and he responded “oh I can’t do that” I did inform him I’d be writing a review and bringing my order back to be made correctly. He did inform me he’s not there it’s his day off and he’s one of the assistants.
When I got to the store, worker who made the sandwich explained “they don’t control the app or get the money from it” as well as they were out of certain ingredients. So instead of waiting for customer to arrive and substitute or change the order, he decided to wrap it up and hope the customer wouldn’t notice. Sandwich was not remade, employee stated how the receipt prints the order that’s how it’s made even if it’s different from standard, when asked why it’s taking 30+ minutes for remake make employee who I found out was the Joseph guy he handed back same sandwich and caught an attitude and threatened to call police.
Called and spoke to Maria who processed a refund and apologized for everything and how employee handled everything and for the experience since it should of been as simple as an apology and remake and on with your day.
