This store manager is incompetent. DO NOT eat here. The store is absolutely disgusting. No customers yet nothing is cleaned. The obvious cross contamination made me walk out. The food looks terrible and recycled. The employees had no clue what they’re doing. Probably the worst subway I’ve ever been to. How it’s still open and getting business is absolutely mind boggling.

The last 2 times I ordered on the app for this location, food wasn’t ready when it said it would be ready. The first time I had to wait 20 minutes in the store after the time it said it would be ready, and then tonight 15 minutes. I don’t know what is taking 30+ minutes to make a sandwich, considering it was dead inside the store both times. Not only that, but the sandwiches were poorly made as well. They’ve burned me twice now so I’m done giving this location a chance.
First time visiting this location, and the customer service started off great but quickly went downhill at checkout. A young server was finishing my order and placing the final vegetables on their new pocket protein menu item. I asked if I could have one additional tomato added to the two already on the sandwich. At that point, a team member named Autumn abruptly told the server to remove the tomato, stating that only two tomatoes and two pickles were allowed.
Her tone was very rude and demeaning, especially toward the young employee. It made the situation uncomfortable and unnecessary over such a small request.
To make matters worse, I initially went through the drive-thru and waited over five minutes without assistance, which led me to park and go inside.
Unfortunately, due to this experience and the poor customer service, I will not be returning to this location.

Horrible service second time in the past month I've placed an online order and it took 30 minutes each time after I arrived to receive my food.
