  My fiance and I stayed there one night. The front desk person was friendly, and the room was clean. We basically stayed there for a hot shower and comfy bed, but there was no hot water and the faucet in the tab kept on dripping. We didn't bother the front desk because it was after 11pm when we tried to take a shower and didn't want to switch the room that later either. When we told the front desk guy the next morning, he immediately went to go check and came back to told us the water level was too low. No apologies or anything and just walked away. Breakfast was ok(the egg they had was almost terrible ), but apple juice came out of its dispenser was like water which he quickly fixed it after being informed. We do not plan on coming back to stay, especially for the money we paid.

  The location was in a great spot but the overall view of the hotel is unsatisfactory. Upon check in the guest lobby has an odor, the furniture was old, the rug had stains on it. When you see best western name you figure this is at lease good hotel, well this is not the case. The room was just as horrible, curtains was old had stains, beds was old, a/c in the room did not blow cold air and to top it off I called for blankets and was told “no” and that we can leave. I went and got my money back, packed all of my stuff, then left and went to hotel across the street where the price was less. They charged me at best western cash 147.00 for 1 knight which was too much money.

  Room was adequate. Stale smell when you walk in. Booked a 2 night stay for work. Informed the manager 24 hrs in advance I would not need the 2nd night. Was informed he would refund the second night. DID NOT. Go down to the road or stay somewhere else. Not worth the money to stay here. I did receive a reply back to the effect he could not refund the money due to it was through a 3rd party. No sir! I still have the email from BW showing the reservation. Bottom line, just do not stay here. They are more interested in the money and not providing honest services.

  Breakfast is nothing much but I prefer others when it comes to that.
