  Just came in. I literally spent less than a minute in the store. Christie was so kind and helpful, and had us in and out super quick! She's the type of person to make an impact in under a minute! My niece has been going on and on about how nice Christie was

  I live near Gun Barrel, but drive to the Kaufman Store when I can. Its so much cheaper to print things out there. I paid $28 to print 22 color copies. That's more than $1 a page. Also, one of the employees is extremely rude. I leave when I see her there. She once told me that there was no package for me and there was. It was medicine for my son. I was on the phone with the doctor's office all day trying to figure out where it was, only to discover it had been there all along. She did not look for it. She is tall, slim a bit older. Perhaps in her late 40s or 50s. Very rude. I don't understand why she works in customer service.

  I have been to the store two times and both times I have left upset. Today I had to pay $4.32 for a strip of tape that was 14 inches long. Just the mere fact that you charge for that shows me that you do not value your customer and I will not be back.

  Do Not go to this UPS store ! Bad bad bad and unfriendly service !! They charged me for borrowing a small few inches of tape ! Very very very bad customer service !!! I will Never return !

  Brought an Amazon return that needed the Box taped up they said they would have to charge me extra if they had to put more than 15 inches of tape on the box. That is ridiculous. No other UPS store has ever done that to me. When I said no other store has ever done this all of a sudden they didn't charge me and they took the return. Go to any UPS Store except this one they are absolutely terrible
