    Horrible customer service. The young girl with black curly hair is very rude and not helpful. I will drive to a different UPS store from now on.

    I have come in 3 times and each time I’ve got this same lady she is extremely rude and unhelpful! I like to think I am very patient and forgiving and the first time I wrote it off as a bad day.. I don’t know her name it is the older brunette tan lady.. talking to her is enough to make you feel small, invisible, and stupid. I needed a paper notorized she barely let me finish my sentence before saying it cannot be written it needs to be typed.. okay we do that and come back and now she says I cannot notarize until 2- i had just came in and she didn’t say that, when I pointed this out she hadn’t even remembered speaking to me 20minutes prior (because she cut me off so quick probably). i hope UPS will do a how to treat people training or review their staff. All the other staff seem great!

    I had an absolutely horrible experience at this UPS Store today with an employee named Beth. I came in with a few Amazon returns, including a small countertop organizer. Amazon listed the return as label-less/shipping return, and I misunderstood the instructions regarding the packaging — a simple human mistake. Instead of politely explaining the process, Beth immediately greeted me with an aggressive, rude attitude the second she saw the box. When I told her I had Amazon returns, her response was instantly hostile. She snapped that the organizer “had to be taken apart” because it wouldn’t fit in the box. I immediately started taking it apart with my 8-year-old daughter standing there beside me. While trying to continue the other returns, Beth continued barking orders at me, including telling me to “zoom in” on my QR code in an unnecessarily rude tone. I took the organizer apart down to a very small size — around five inches — and even then, Beth still kept up the attitude. She started aggressively taking it apart herself while making comments like, “It’s not our job to take y’all’s stuff apart.” At that point, I told her that it also wasn’t her job to speak to customers disrespectfully. I would have had absolutely no issue taking it apart if she had simply spoken to me calmly and professionally from the beginning. During her aggressive handling of the item, pieces of the organizer fell onto the floor and hit my foot. I am currently pregnant and high-risk. Instead of apologizing after causing the item to fall, Beth rudely told me to pick it up myself. I explained that I’m pregnant and could not bend down easily, especially after SHE caused it to fall. My daughter ended up picking it up for her, and Beth sarcastically responded with a snarky “thank you.” The most frustrating part? After all the unnecessary attitude and drama over the box, Beth suddenly mentioned they had a bag option for $6 and used that instead. So this entire interaction, humiliation, and hostility could have been avoided from the start if she had simply offered the bag option professionally instead of choosing to be rude and combative. No customer deserves to be treated this way, especially in front of their child. I left feeling disrespected, embarrassed, and honestly upset. Beth’s behavior was completely unacceptable and reflected very poorly on this UPS Store. If an employee cannot treat customers with basic kindness and professionalism, especially pregnant customers, then they should not be working in customer service. Shame on Beth for the way she handled this interaction, and shame on management if this is considered acceptable behavior.

    Ok owner, I overnighted a CD to my doctor but it didn’t arrive u til the next day. Your employee Beth was kind enough to send a refund notice to UPS CORPORATE for me. However, in receiving the check it was less than what I paid ($55.58), check in the mount of $44.43. I called UPS CORPORATE, they stated I needed to call the store because they are deducting that approximate $11 because of fuel charge. I shouldn’t be responsible for that! My package didn’t get there on time! If it did, great, I’ll be more than happy to pay for the cost of getting that important medical CD to my doctor. I spoke with Michelle to leave a message for you owner (no response yet, thanks). She also stated she sent another inquiry to UPS CORPORATE FOR ME AND SOMEONE ELSE…HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING…THAT WAS TWO WEEKS AGO. NOW, SINCE DEALING WITH UPS CORPORATE AND WAITING TO GET A RESOLUTION FROM YOU AND THEM I’VE LOST THE CHECK. 5/13 I JUST TRIED TO CALL THE STORE, NO ONE ANSWERING, MAIL BOX FULL. I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH BROKEN KNEE 7 months, 4 surgeries & would just like a response, a refund please. And thank you!!
