  I had a really great experience at Cricket Wireless and wanted to take a moment to recognize Emily and Joseph. My dad came during a stressful situation, and they both showed so much patience, empathy, and genuine care from the start. They didn’t just try to rush through it, they actually listened, made sure we felt understood, and took the time to help us the right way. Joseph is an amazing associate and truly represents what Cricket stands for as a company. He was professional, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled the right way. Emily, the manager, was just as incredible. Her leadership really showed in how she handled everything with calmness and care. She made sure we were comfortable, supported, and fully taken care of throughout the entire time we needed help. Employees like Emily and Joseph are the reason customers stay loyal because they make you feel valued, heard, and taken care of. Because of them, I feel confident being a life long customer of Cricket!

  I'm not sure if there is normally more than 1 person working but, if not, be prepared to wait a while if there are other customers. Sonia did an excellent job working as quickly as possible. Be aware that other items may be provided at a high cost with a phone purchase without discussion. I should have questioned the $30 brick but wanted to move on with my day after a very lengthy wait.
