  I am very disappointed with the level of customer service at this UPS location. I specifically asked the employee who received my package to place a “Fragile” sticker on the box because the contents were delicate. My request was simply ignored. When a customer clearly communicates a reasonable request to help protect a package, I expect the employee to take it seriously. Unfortunately, the lack of attention and professionalism was very disappointing. I hope UPS management addresses this issue and provides better customer service and attention to detail in the future.

  The staff was great, made me laugh, and made it very simple to return items. I always use this location because of how great they are.
