I had a really great experience at this Subway location. The store itself was super clean, organized, and had a fresh, welcoming smell the moment you walk in—which already sets a good impression.
On top of that, the employees were incredibly professional, patient, and respectful. Even while handling multiple orders and a busy environment, they stayed calm and communicated clearly. You can tell they genuinely care about their work and the customers.
The food looked fresh, everything was prepared with care, and the overall environment felt clean and well-maintained. Management and ownership should be proud of the team here because they’re clearly doing something right.
Great service, great atmosphere, and a place I’d definitely come back to.
Better safe than sorry... If you are looking for the worst customer service, low quality, a place that refuses to accept any coupons, and—worst of all—where you end up wasting your time waiting in a long line... then this is the place for you. I have filed a report with the Office of Consumer Rights to report the discrepancies and profit-driven misconduct being committed by this establishment. I trust that they will take action and revoke this location's operating license; Subway is a highly popular chain where virtually every other location accepts coupons and provides excellent customer service. This particular establishment is tarnishing the Subway name. I recommend that you consider visiting a different location—one where you will receive the service you truly deserve—and refuse to settle for anything less.

I paid $31.37 for 2 footlongs
Not the meal, no drink, just sandwich
Absolutely ridiculous.
Also received coupons in the mail but Petra (the worker) said they don’t participate in coupons.
$20.55 for one footlong, one chip, one drink.
