Literally just pulling out of the parking lot of this place. We ordered 3 sandwiches for myself, boyfriend, and his grandmother. The employee working there was a female with neon pink in her and wore glasses. She had an attitude with us the whole time we were in there and we were just picking an online order. My boyfriend said hello and completely ignored him. Mind you she had no earbuds in her ears. When she gives us our order, she tells us “There’s no jalapeños.” So, I ask her politely as I’m pointing in the fridge case “Isn’t that jalapeños right there?”. She throws complete attitude at me and raising her voice at me about she said jalapeño chips. When she didn’t specify at all. Then proceeds to give my boyfriend attitude about his meatball sandwich when he’s just asking simple questions and remaining calm. I understand we all have bad days, but it doesn’t make it okay to project it on other people. I felt like I was in the twilight zone in that place.

Worst experience yet. Placed an order online and ordered a turkey sandwich from the app. Got there and the sandwich was completed. I took it back to my office and opened it up, it was Tuna! I tried calling over 15 times and no answer. How do you confuse tuna and turkey?

They do not have a working phone and when you try to nicely mention it at first they get very not nice about it not working as if it was my fault.
Also, the other store in Grapevine is way nicer with their customer service.
I did accidentally order on the app from the wrong store which was this one. The other store told me to call which is how I found out you can't call this store. I called over 9 times.
When I walked in and said hey I tried to call to cancel they immediately informed me rudely they dont have a working phone and that I needed to cancel through the app but again not nice at all. There are nicer ways to handle things.
So, if you need to call them as of right now you can't so just a heads up! Go to the one next to Bartley's for that friendly service!
