    I noticed she left her gloves on after making my sub to ring me up/hand me my receipt then proceed to make the next persons sub with the same gloves on plus I only got 4 little pieces of jalapeños….

    I’ve been buying from Subway for over 17 years, and I have never been this disappointed with the service. I came in to order my usual sandwich, and one of the employees told me it couldn’t be made in a very rude and unprofessional way. The customer service from the two girls working there was very poor, and that kind of attitude can definitely make customers not want to come back. I will not be returning to this location. They either need better training on how to treat customers or should consider a different job where customer service is not required.

    This food got me sick, twice. I'm serious. Worst subway I've been to. Brown old vegetables were on the line, probably left there overnight, and the chicken looked slimy and undercooked. I gave it a chance anyways Asked for extra toasted, didn't do that either, when i asked for it to be put back inside the lady looked annoyed and put it back inside for 10 seconds then took it back out, with no difference. Never going back here. I'm sure it's not the workers fault, the owner seems to have hired his family members and set very low standards for this place.

    Restroom was not working the last time I visited. Out of sanitizer liquid too. Facility maintenance was not in good shape.

    Bryan Morgan was extremely disrespectful yesterday he is the manager. He faked a phone call with someone higher up because he didn’t want to make me a new sandwich. I got back home late yesterday from work ate my sandwich and realized the olives tasted disgusting. They close at 10 I got home around 10:30. I called customer service they said I could come back with the entire sandwich uneaten and have a new one made. I did so, came back when they opened it was raining super bad but I had to make it to class at like 10 and get lunch for the day. This guy gets extremely rude and takes a phone call to someone and says he can’t give me the footlong I ordered and says he can give me a 6 inch. I said I spent 10$ on a Foot long I expect the same thing. He said nope, and I asked if I can talk to the person he was speaking with, obviously he will say no because it wasn’t real. Multiple times I’ve had spoiled vegetables and had rude employees. Please do not come here at all! Genuinely I never put bad reviews but this place is gross
