Horrible customer service. The working hours on google are wrong , which is a really easy thing to change, and when we went they were closed even tho it said they were open on google. We were told that we can come back later and our tickets still would be valid, but when we did come back they said our tickets are expired and we need to purchase new ones. the manager wasn’t helpful either. It looks like they don’t care about customer service anymore. It wasn’t our fault that their hours are wrong on google.

We had an awful experience for the mermaid viewing. It was a 2 hour wait to see one mermaid for 15 seconds. It was packed wall to wall with barely any room to move or see any of the fish tanks and very little direction from staff. I cannot understand why they sold so many tickets when it wasn’t possible to accommodate the crowd so people could have a decent experience. Every parent there looked miserable and I heard so much complaining from other families about the crowd size and general chaos. Don’t waste your money!

Decided to give this place another chance after a pretty bad experience a few years ago. It was even worse this time. We booked tickets to see the mermaids and I booked at least one 3 weeks in advance, probably closer to a month. We came on a weekday morning. It was absolute mayhem. It took forever to even get in, even though we already had our tickets, because they were checking in a bunch of campers in front of us. They should have a separate line with an employee checking in those people who pre-booked. Once we finally got checked in we ended up in the middle of a mob of campers, so we went around them so as not to break up their group, and one of the employees tried to send us to the back of the line even though we were already checked in! They sold way too many tickets in addition to a couple buses worth of camp kids. You couldn't even move inside of the aquarium because of all the people. This was supposed to be a birthday present for one of the kids and we couldn't even see most of the fish and the mermaid line was ridiculously long with no signs or ropes to show where the line was, so people were just cutting in or getting really upset thinking they could just walk up and then having to go all the way back. We waited in line from the get go and it took 30 minutes to see the mermaid. This place has really gone downhill. For what you pay for a ticket you should be able to have a decent experience here, but I guess that's too much to ask.

Save your money and your sanity. Don’t go to the Mermaid Sea Life. This was very chaotic. For two littles this was an incredible amount of patience to ask of them. We waited in line for an hour to get to the ONE mermaid in the tank at the very end of the first level. The lines were tight and it felt very claustrophobic (again that’s a hard ask of a little one). And if you want to see and take pictures of the mermaid you can’t stray from the line. They had ANOTHER line on the second floor for a quick picture with a mermaid on a branch. It just felt like way too many people for how small sea life is. I wouldn’t recommend

Where to start. The online ticket didn't scan so I had to try to find the order number. The girl didn't even know how many people were on the order It went pretty well after that however a majority of the stuff were slightly off. The appointment times you pick to view the mermaids mean nothing. We waited in line on the left for about 20 minutes and people we're passing us on the right saying they weren't there to view the mermaid however they walked right past the mermaid then stopped and looked at the show. Why did we even purchase tickets and pick a time slot. We paid top dollar for the tickets. The viewing of the animals were enjoyable with a clean environment. I don't think I'll be returning just due to the craziness and unorganization of the visit
