Wish I could give zero stars for the way we were treated. Tyler Bailey showed little consideration for us as customers, and neither did the employee who removed our stroller less than five minutes after we arrived, without even notifying us.
I expected, at minimum, a little understanding and communication. When the stroller was returned, it was clear the employee needed the dollar because why were you so eager to remove without evening notifying us trying to figure out why it was there?
We have an annual pass, and after this experience, we will not be returning. I am requesting a full refund of our annual pass. This experience was extremely disappointing and completely changed how we feel about returning.
We took 5 grandchildren on Friday afternoon, to build with Legos, watch the 3D films, ride the rides. The people who work there are amazing. So friendly and patient with the kiddos. We needed an extra adult on one of the rides, some ages can’t ride alone. A staff member rode Harry Potter with our 6yo grandson, so we could all go same time. Our oldest, 11, laughed and smiled like a kid again. Youngest, 4, loved building and racing cars with her cousins. We liked the rides so much we rode twice. 11 and 9yo loved the VR, cost extra but they said worth it. Every day they can have fun and laugh is a good day. Highly recommend Legoland Grapevine!

Staff was friendly The place was serious Outdated screens for the ride look like there are from the 90s can barely see them. 2 of 3 of Guns in the ride didn't work, I think this particular location is mainly for Small children that just want to play with a few buckets of Legos on a table. It was to expensive for what they have there. However we made the best of it, they had some pretty cool replicas of local places like the stadium or the train depot. It would be a great place to take small children if the do a big update to bring it back to what I am sure it once was.

This Legoland in Dallas is totally unorganized with no one giving direction on what you should do or how anything works. After spending $172.00 on 4 tickets we purchased an addition activity packet for $5 each $10 total. But we had to go back to the front to even ask about the packet and how they worked. No one to explained how to participate in digital pictures, building options or anything that was going on. The only person that seemed to have any idea was the Master Builder Thad and he walked through the entire place telling (yelling) he had a master build class starting in 5 minutes. The 4 D movie was the hi light for the 2 kids we had with us (5 & 6). This is a total money pit. The prize you get for completing the packet is a small sheet of stickers.
Definitely not worth the money.

Unfortunately, my family and I had a disappointing experience at LEGOLAND Discovery Center Dallas. I visited the LEGOLAND location in Kansas City years ago and had a great time, so I was excited to bring my family to the Dallas location. Sadly, it did not meet our expectations.
The attraction felt outdated and in need of major upgrades. One of the rides where you are supposed to interact by shooting at the screen had very poor video quality. The screen looked extremely low resolution, which made the experience difficult to enjoy. The 4D movies also need a significant upgrade to match today’s technology and expectations.
The facility was very crowded, and it felt like they had oversold tickets for the space available. Even the Starbucks inside was disappointing, with a drink quality that was not what we expected.
I hope LEGOLAND Dallas considers remodeling and investing in improvements because the concept has so much potential. Unfortunately, after this experience, my family and I will not be returning.
