The team working on 10/01 was absolutely incredible and very helpful. They were super patient with me while working out some label issues I was having. We were a trade show exhibitor and they made our lives 1000x easier.

Beware that you are forced to send any packages to the hotel to this FedEx, and then they charge additional “handling fees” to receive them. This cost $10 for a small envelope and $30 for a medium box.

I had just wrapped up my conference and wasn’t sure if my luggage was over the airline weight limit. The staff was very welcoming and let me check my bag’s weight ahead of time. They gave me the chance to make a few adjustments and reweigh it, which I really appreciated. I’m very grateful for their help and the recommendations they provided—great customer service all around.
