I had just wrapped up my conference and wasn’t sure if my luggage was over the airline weight limit. The staff was very welcoming and let me check my bag’s weight ahead of time. They gave me the chance to make a few adjustments and reweigh it, which I really appreciated. I’m very grateful for their help and the recommendations they provided—great customer service all around.
CAITY! Holly and Grace were PHENOMENAL today. They went above and beyond for my team and I to print some urgent items. Caity spent countless extra time helping me re-position some graphics as well as fix one problem after the next that came up. I can't thank you all enough for really caring about your customers. It's probably not easy with all of us coming in with these urgent requests. Conferences are intense and have some "close calls" and last-minute needs, so thank you all for getting it done! If I could give more than 5 stars, I WOULD! You all rock!

Caity and Shanda did the best packing job I’ve ever seen! Busy week. Super tired when I arrived to ship a computer that had broken down. They made my week. We laughed and joked. Seriously. High five service!

Went to a convention and had some items to ship back home. Figured I would give Fedex office a try to avoid having to check the items on the airplane.
They quoted me $80 for a box and for an item weighing less than 10 pounds.
Granted I have no problem paying a slightly higher shipping price due to the convince, but not for $80.
So I got my own box and did my own packaging, total cost was $15 with shipping and supplies.
I then then took the package back to Fedex to have them pick it up, and was charged a $15 handeling charge for using my own prepaid label.
I expected to pay a few dollars, but not $15 just to drop off a package.
Still cheaper than having them do everything for $80, but I don’t appreciate the excessive charges
