These have to be the hardest wings eva! They were cooked too done. We tossed them.out.
not sure whats going on today, maybe caught the staff in a bad mood - but i left and went to another location to order, much better experience.
Every time I come at night, there’s always an issue. I just got a six piece boneless wing Cajun and my chicken was hard like it’s old chicken that they just threw back in the grease then I don’t know who cuts the vegetables, but my carrots are greens. They’re hard and they gave me this a long unshaped piece of carrot that I could break my teeth on. it’s always the night shift that I have a problem with so they need to figure something out and fix the night shift. Then the Manager on duty was taking forever to help customers which is highly unprofessional

I used to regret coming tot his wingstop location. My food would never be cooked right and the staff used to be horrible. Today I decided to place an order and my food was PERFECT! The cashier who assisted me was a little not helpful and didn't understand. After I asked her multiple times for the price which end up being more than what she told me. That wasn't the problem. The problem was she handed me my change and dropped the cents on the counter for me to pick up. She did not even attempt to apologize nor help me pick it up, you could definitely tell her age because she joked about it. I didn't find that funny. But I am satisfied with my food and the quality. Just not the worker. OH and the inside looks beautiful I love the update.
I previously wrote a 1-star review regarding a negative experience I had over this past weekend. While the situation itself was disappointing, I do want to acknowledge the General Manager for reaching out, apologizing, and making things right in a timely manner.
I appreciate the professionalism and effort to address the issue directly. Thank you.
