I do a lot of shipping from various locations, and this store is by far the worst UPS store I have ever been in. I arrived at the store with 20 large packages, and asked to use a dolly to bring them in. The guy (obviously already with an attitude) at the counter says they don't have a dolly; it was stolen. I expressed my disbelief that a UPS store store did not have a dolly, and he responded that they don't loan that dolly to customers. So, I carried all these big packages in by hand in the 108-degree heat. It was a long haul, too, because this store has virtually no parking. The line inside was 4 or 5 people deep, as well.
I asked to speak to the owner, who came out and asked what I wanted. I told him it was dumbfounding that they would not loan their dolly to a customer. He said they would, but the ups drivers were using is. So I asked which is it? The dolly was tied up, or you don't loan the dolly?" (I would have waited if it was just tied up.) Then he said "It doesn't matter; you should have brought your own dolly."
I explained I didn't have a dolly because I have a small vehicle and I was only bringing all these packages (orders) because UPS missed the pick up I pay for and UPS told me to bring the packages to his store. So he responded saying he's not with UPS and that has nothing to do with him, blah blah, blah. (Funny how they are UPS when it suits them--they have the logo on their store front and their shirts--but not UPS if there is any sort of issue.)
He kicked me out of the store, and refused to clarify his dolly policy (because he knew they gave me conflicting reasons).
If you look at my reviews, I rarely leave a review of less than three stars, and I don't think I have ever left a ONE, but this store, in my opinion, delivers a one-star experience.
Sort this store's reviews from lowest to highest, and you will see MANY one-star reviews that make it obvious that rudeness is one of their hallmarks,. To all the ones I read, the owner gives the same canned, saccharine response. The staff here is truculent, deceptive, and argumentative; it's their default setting.
