  I had a great experience at the UPS Store today, thanks to Stephanie! She was incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to assist me with the services I needed and, when there was something she couldn’t help with directly, she made sure to ask for assistance and stayed involved until my issue was completely resolved. I truly appreciate Stephanie’s patience, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. Her customer service made a real difference in my experience today.   I wanted to return a package back to Amazon. I forgot to print the label. My bad. This location wanted to charge me ~ $3.75 to print the lable. Therefore, the 1 star rating. Ill go to other locations from now on...

  Do not mail USPS through this specific UPS. I mailed my package on 5.19.2026. It was never received. I just received the package back today and they refused to give a refund. If the post office is closed like it was for me on the day, I had to mail. It is better to just wait than to waste your time and money mailing through this company.

  They were so helpful and patient. I was shipping a bunch of dishes and pots to my daughter, and they went through all my options to determine what would work best and save money. Cynthia (I am spelling it incorrectly), specifically, provided great customer service.
