  I couldn't pass up the chance to write this review. I visited the place on Wednesday to get some bread, and I was served by a wonderful young woman named Leyanis. I’d actually been having a rough day, but her charisma and beautiful smile really turned things around for me. She took great care of me, and the bread she prepared was delicious. Thank you for such a lovely experience.

  If I could give this location zero stars, I would. This location clearly does not prioritize its customers or customer service. I placed a mobile order for a veggie patty, but apparently they do not have a phone, so there was no way for them to contact me when there was an issue with my order. When I arrived to pick up my sandwich, no one informed me of anything or explained the situation. Instead, I received a sub with very little vegetables, which was extremely disappointing. I highly recommend not ordering online from this location. If you do decide to eat here, I suggest watching them make your sandwich so you can make sure you actually receive what you ordered. Very poor customer service and a frustrating experience.

  Hoy vine a este Subway por primera vez y cuando entre inmediatamente me recibieron Leyanis y Leslie con una sonrisa calida y con mucho amor. La primera vez que entro a un Subway y verdaderamente me tratan muy bonito. Me encantó el servicio y la atención que estas jóvenes me ofrecieron y de la compasión que tuvieron de mí. Muchas gracias Leyanis y Leslie por hacer mi experiencia en Subway una tan especial ¡Definitivamente volveré!

  I had an awesome experience at this Subway. Valeria gave outstanding customer service from the moment I walked in. She was friendly, respectful, and made my order exactly how I wanted it. She worked quickly without rushing and kept a positive attitude the whole time. The food was fresh, everything was neat, and she made the visit enjoyable. Employees like Valeria make people want to come back. She deserves recognition for the great job she does.
