    I only gave one star because you have to put something there. I have never received worse customer service in my life. I ordered three sandwiches through the app. All three were wrong. One had veggies that were not ordered. The other two the veggies were swapped, one didn't have any protein at all they forgot it and the other one was missing two proteins. I called them, they had the manager/owner call me back. I advised I could not go back to the store as I have no car and went on a ride. Yen the manger said basically I could figure it out to get there to remake. I said can I just get a refund... Or you can remake my sandwiches in a couple weeks when I can get back up there she said no had to be done by the next day but she would give me two days but I still had to bring in the bad sandwiches. I offered to fish the sandwiches out of the trash and send pictures. She said OK to do that but if I wanted the sandwiches remade I had to bring them in. I advised at this point she could offer at least partial credit. She says no and that I could use Via to get up there her employees use that. I said I would but she should refund that also because at that point I could just reorder delivery. Yen of course refused that. Did I mention this was a 17 dollar order. She said she would be at a loss if she refunded it. I said I guess I'm at a loss now so maybe a partial refund meet in the middle again no. So at this point I can't get up there and I won't get a remake or refund. So no loss to Yen and her crew. Will never go to subway again.

    Not sure why they gave him lower ratings, but I had a very good experience. I come from (Rockwall) Texas. They have awesome servers over there. I was nearby so I stopped here. The place was clean and cool. The young lady I believe she was Vietnamese. She was very polite attentive she seemed she cared for her customers, which is kind of odd to see, especially at a young age when I’m back in this area, I definitely will come back here and I really enjoy the weekly specials great value and great price.     I have been to multiple different locations and when I buy cookies I normally buy a batch of them so I get a made fresh this location said they can't do that I have to bottle ones that it's already in the container that's been sitting there got knows how long and they look like they overcooked and old
