Absolutely terrible customer service. We called ahead and were told to come pick up the iPhone 16e because it was in stock. When we got there, they acted like they never said that and claimed they didn’t have it. Completely misleading, a total waste of our time, and the worst customer experience I’ve had.

I went inside the store on 7-22-2022 to replace or inquire about getting access to my account username and password. Had the phone no. pin and personal id, she said she could not give the information out, cricket support said otherwise, back and forth it went, finally just decided to replaced the phone. Purchased a replacement phone, she set it up, left and tried to make a call, you cannot make a call, returned to the store talked to the rep and she refused to look at the phone or offer a resolution to the problem. Her service and attitude were poor from the start. I have been with Cricket for over 5 yrs, and this is the worst I have been treated. Cricket support was unavailable due to heavy call volumes. I 'll eat the $50.00 but I will not be back and have submitted a formal complaint to the Texas Public Utilities Commission.

Very very bad experience..no response properly.. two lady employee laughed with customer and both each other..they talk with customers very rudely..I think they play in store and enjoy in Cricket 2210 west Main Street,Grand Prairie store..i think they need properly trainers.to teach..Thsnks
